That's why we are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist with a passion for delivering high standards of care across 3 of our sites in the Brighton & Burgess Hill area, where we provide a multitude of different services offering support, prevention, and wellbeing management to employees.

The Role

The main corporate office in Brighton for 3 days a week, our other corporate office in Burgess Hill 1 day a week and 1 day a week in Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital, Woodingdean.

As a Senior Physiotherapist you will;

  • Be able to work across 3 Nuffield sites: 2 corporate Sussex sites and the local Nuffield Brighton Hospital.

  • Work on a varied caseload and see a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and provide ergonomics support to employees at 2 of the corporate head office sites.

  • Play a key role helping our patients achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing that they aspire to.

  • Working closely with our Corporate clients Health and Safety and Workplace Adjustment teams for support in the office environment and virtually.

  • Work collaboratively with different teams including Nurses, Emotional Wellbeing Therapists, AHPs and GPs in order to optimise the health and recovery of our patients. Participating in Expert events, newsletters and podcasts.

  • Liaise closely with our onsite Fitness team for connected recovery.

  • Adhere to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, in which we encourage behaviour which is enterprising, passionate, independent and caring.

  • You will be supported by your regional clinical lead and have protected CPD time, access to a local in-service training program and training events organised by the Nuffield Health Academy including both clinical and leadership courses.

  • You will have access to mentor support within the Region and onsite from the Senior teams who will support your career development.

The Person
To succeed as a Physiotherapist you will;

  • Have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, you'll be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

  • Have experience in working with office workers or corporate environments, and ergonomics

  • Be able to demonstrate excellent manual therapy skills, preferentially have ergonomic experience or an interest in this area.

  • Demonstrate evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner.

  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.

  • Be a competent and confident IT user with strong organisation skills

  • Have the ability to prioritise and deal with your varied workload in an effective and timely manner.

Salary - £36,751 to £40,000 (Subject to experience)

Location - Brighton

Hours - Full-time, 40 hours per week
