Cashiers Team Leader - Minehead, Somerset
The Finance department at Butlin's are looking to recruit a Cashiers Team Leader; this is an exciting opportunity to join the team. You will be working in the Cashiers office delivering exceptional customer service supporting our fantastic resort. This is a permanent full-time contract.
Key responsibilities and duties include
Ensure all monies paid into Cashiers are banked and reconciled.
Take ownership of shifts to ensure all areas of responsibility are covered and that all aspects of a secure working environment are adhered to.
Have a flexible approach to shift work, the role will involve working weekends and possible early starts to provide cover for Arcade collections.
Complete and reconcile takings via the C3Mi system and issue Management Information reports.
Take responsibility for issuing change, processing petty cash and bagging up loose coin.
Maintaining the Keywatcher system.
Supporting the Cashiers Manager with preparation of rotas and completing timesheets.
Investigating shortages and completing audit checks to ensure our cash polices are being adhered to.
Ad hoc tasks, which may involve supporting other departments.
The successful applicant will:
Have good communication skills.
Have strong computer proficiency, especially using Excel.
Be a committed Team Player including being flexible and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional Customer Service.
Have a problem-solving attitude.
Have confidence to work on own initiative as necessary.
