As our Health and Safety Manager you will need to be able to operate in a fast paced environment whilst being pro-active. Day-to-day tasks for the Health and Safety Manager will include: being responsible for the cleanliness of the pool, managing the lifeguards and keeping the Spa clean. You'll also be the go-to expert for Disability Awareness, as well as basic Health and Safety and all policies associated with Child Safety.

You will also be in charge of monitoring the Club's Fire Safety routines and keeping everyone aware of the club's Emergency Response procedure. You'll also control the Club's lifeguard rotas and manage the lifeguards to ensure sufficient supervision is available at all times.
