We're looking for a People Manager who will advise our London Operations team on all performance management issues. Including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, long term sick issues, other employee welfare issues, pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits. Overseeing TUPE, restructure processes and ensuring compliance with legislation.


The variation doesn't stop there.....You will be transferring your knowledge to our leaders in the business, reviewing and analysing the risks, being innovative and providing flexible solutions as well as being confident in challenging the Operations team ensuring compliance with legislation and governing due diligence. Being able to think 'outside of the box' and manage each case appropriately with a commercial approach.

Things you'll need:

A passion for providing an excellent people service will be at the heart of everything you do

Generalist experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business

Commercial acumen, assertiveness and confidence in providing advice to effectively influence people decisions

Experience in hospitality, retail and similar environments with a distinguished focus on people service will be an advantage

CIPD qualified or relevant experience

Adaptable and able to think on your feet

Excellent organisational and communications skills with a proactive attitude

You will be full of energy and ideas that you can bring to our People, Talent and Resourcing teams and encouraging the wider teams to be involved and motivated

Self-starter is a must
