8 NovemberWe are looking for a creative individual to bring their authentic self to inspire unforgettable moments within a contemporary hotel and restaurant brand. Based in our Corporate Office in Amsterdam or London, we are looking for a Content Manager.

 

The Content Manager is responsible for leading the vision, strategy and execution of our online content roadmap. This includes coordination, creating, improving and maintaining content across Radissonhotels.com, standalone websites and other Digital Media channels as well as influencing email marketing and social media content and campaigns. 

 

Your responsibilities as Content Manager:• Develop/Coordinate content on all platforms• Collaboratively design and develop content alongside Brand and Regional marketing teams• Optimise content according to SEO• Own the Content Calendar and coordinate activities with Brand, Regional and Restaurant Marketing teams• Coach and develop team members• Together with subject owners, help define strategies for brand level content, social media and email marketing• Ensure high quality and consistent content across brand web, standalone websites, social media and newsletters• Together with branding make sure that we have sufficient visual content available for Brand Web, Standalone websites and Social Media• Work together with RHG on CMS related matters• Assist in developing campaigns and promotions via social media and email Marketing• Responsible for revenue growth via brand level email marketing• Ensure that all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright and data protection)

 

What we are looking for in a Content Manager:• Proven work experience as a Content Manager• Experience with using a CMS such as SDL• Experience in managing multi-discipline and cultural teams of juniors and specialists• Experience with B2C and B2B communication via web, social media and email marketing• Ability to navigate in complex digital landscapes
