Accounts Payable Assistant - Hand Picked Hotels - Sevenoaks High Street office location

Are you looking for a local Accounts Assistant role? At Hand Picked Hotels we are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join the Finance Accounts Payable team working 35 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm with a one hour lunch break. 

As an Accounts Payable Assistant you will be processing invoices on a daily basis, matching them with purchase orders that have been raised within the Hotels across the collection - ensuring relevant payments are processed by the finance team as required.

This role is heavily systems led using Excel, SAGE and Procure wizard - experience in a similar role, using these systems or a finance qualification is desirable.

The role of Accounts Payable Assistant will be based in our Central support office (although some home working may be allowed once you are confident and up to speed in your role).

You will work alongside one of our Finance team members, so training and guidance can be provided to help you settle in to your role, learn our computerised systems and for advice as and when queries arise.  In addition other members of the Finance team based in other locations are just on the end of the phone to help and guide you.
