Performance Swim Coach - Dewsbury / Huddersfield

The primary role of a KAL Performance Swim Coach is to plan and deliver high quality coaching sessions across the swim performance pathway, work in partnership with the Borough of Kirklees (BOK) Swimming Club and provide excellent customer service to all members. The KSP framework provides a pathway throughout the Long term athlete development framework through the 5 Junior performance programmes , masters swimming programme and para performance programme.

KAL Performance Swim Coaches work within a highly experienced Aquatic and Activity team, which includes Aquatic & Activity Activators, Tutors and Swimming Instructors, you will have the opportunity to network across all of the team gaining knowledge and experience.

KAL is one of the only Trusts in the UK to provide a complete career in the aquatics pathway from apprenticeships through to corporate management. KAL will provide the opportunities for you to undertake Continued Professional Development (CPD) which may include various training opportunities, upskilling of present qualifications and mentoring through the experienced KAL workforce.
