We are looking for a Regional Manager to take responsibility for 10 multi-faceted multi-million-pound leisure businesses operating across a region that covers South Wales, Gloucestershire down through Bristol, Somerset and Devon.

We are keen to talk to candidates who are currently working in a multisite role in a fast-paced leisure, hospitality or retail business who are looking for an exciting challenge with a successful, progressive and expanding leisure brand.

The role:

• Being an exceptional leader and coach, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing and motivating the region's Management Team,
• Working closely on developing an internal talent pipeline, ensuring all teams have regular reviews, training plans and business goals to work towards.
• Using your commercial acumen and entrepreneurial ability to positively influence the financial performance of the region.
• Ensuring all key deliverables are being met and financial targets achieved across all income lines - admissions, parties and events, Food and Beverage and amusements.
• Support under achievement by helping create, implement and monitor action plans - celebrating success where appropriate.
• Setting and monitoring customer service levels to ensure the delivery of a consistently excellent guest experience.
• Ensure the highest levels of operational excellence, compliance and internal/external audits including food safety.
• Working with internal departments to create and deliver ongoing promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• To work very closely with the Senior Management Team and communicate confidently across all areas of your business.
