What You Will Do

  • Oversee the day to day running of the leisure facility during their shift
  • Maintain the highest standard of guest care, building standards and cleanliness in line with company procedures
  • Dealing with guest queries and complaints when they arise and resolving them or raising them to the Park Manager if needed
  • Day to day supervision of staff to ensure smooth running of all facilities
  • Responsible for Health and Safety of the facility during their shift

Hours: 45 hours over 5 days including weekends and Bank Holidays especially during peak periods (e.g. school holidays)

What You Will Bring

  • Supervisory experience in managing team and volume activities
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
  • Good numerical and written skills
