Do you have a love for hospitality and developing people?  We have a fantastic NEW opportunity for a Hospitality Trainer to join our people team.

The role will be National, with a blend of home, remote and face to face learning.  When you prefer to be in the thick of it, you will be able to work from our any of our 52 restaurants. Be prepared to get offered lots of delicious food.  Our restaurant team do like to make sure you won’t go hungry!

Our people are the core to our success, and we are committed to supporting them and offering them great opportunities to develop their careers. Our current apprenticeship pathways are Hospitality Manager, Hospitality Supervisor, Senior Production Chef, Hospitality Team Member and Production Chef.

Is this you?

You will be passionate about teaching and training in all thing’s hospitality.

Hold a TAQA or AET (preferred)

Be proficient in delivering apprenticeship standards with multiple disciplines.

Have a solid understanding of end point assessment.

Confident in running and taking ownership of ‘off job’ training workshops.

Have Level 2 Functional skills in Maths and English and understanding of the delivery model and curriculum.

Level 4 qualified in hospitality or have a proven track record at management level.
