Self Employed Pub Opportunity - Lostock Gralam, Northwich

The Slow & Easy pub exists to serve as the backbone of the local community, offering a classic pub experience with quality food and drink, memorable entertainment, events, and activities, driving positive spirit throughout. Guests feel welcome and at home in the charming and warm environment and are comfortable to visit for a drink, a meal, or a great night out. Wherever they’ve come from, they’ll want to come back.

The ideal operator will have a passion for beer and food quality. You’ll have previously operated a business that engages with locals and new guests alike, with experience in creating strong community links. Previous hospitality experience is essential, as is a track record of recruiting, training, and leading a team from the front. You’ll be keen to host regular events and capitalise on all the pub’s spaces, including the picturesque beer garden and car park. You’ll also optimise the new premium drinks offer, local cask and food all day with something for the family, complete with the best Sunday roast for miles.

The Pub and Location

The Slow & Easy is a large, detached building with two main trading areas: a bar and restaurant (good size rooms - 50 bar covers / 60 restaurant covers, over 100 externally). The kitchen lies behind the bar with a large beer garden at the front and side with a covered play area for the families. Guests take advantage of the large car park that houses 75 cars. You will benefit from an internal redecoration before reopening.

You’ll find the pub on the busy A556 connecting Northwich with the M6, approximately two miles from the centre of Northwich. The city attracts visitors for its nature and parks including, Arely Hall and Gardens, Delamere Forest, Marbury Country Park, Abbeywood Gardens and Stockley Farm Birds of Prey Centre. Visitors also migrate here to see Lion Salt Works, Vale Royal Falconry Centre, and Weaver Hall Museum. The ideal operator will capitalise on the pub’s passing trade and strong community links.

Accommodation

You’ll discover three bedrooms with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The accommodation is in good order throughout.

The Partnership - Fixed

Ready to kick start your own Management Company, manage your own team, and define your own wage structure? Love working closely with an Operations Manager in providing the right management services to build an incredible pub legacy with uncompromising standards and stand out guest experience? Then the Punch Management Partnership Contract is the perfect option.

Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub - it's your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insurance. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.

In Management Partnerships, we love pub obsessed Management Companies with an entrepreneurial spirit that can help us lead the industry. We love to engage Management Companies that help us create pub legacies that stand the test of time and become the hub of their community. We get that every pub has its own distinct character, so our Operations Manager will work closely with the Management Company to understand the true identity of the business, we can then help support and amplify this as part of the Management Partnership model.
