In return, as Head Kitchen Porter with Amazonico, you will :

• Keep the storeroom and chemical cabinet organised, clean and tidy.
• Collect and wash all crockery and utensils from various sections efficiently.
• Assist and store away deliveries of any food items or equipment for the business.
• The par level of all cleaning supplies are correct and to inform chef in charge of ordering.
• Ensure the team is delivering the support during service and high cleaning standards
