About the opportunity

We are looking for naturally proactive and polished individuals who can generate fresh leads and convert them into membership sales. You will have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone. You will be responsible for converting the new leads into appointments, and then closing the sale, working towards achieving challenging daily targets. In addition, you will support existing members and build rapport to ensure they get the most out of their membership. 

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Have a natural sales ability and prides themselves on selling with integrity.
  • Be target driven with a desire and passion to exceed targets.
  • Be energetic, proactive with a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Be excited to work closely with the club manager, owner and the rest of the teams in Glasgow.
  • Be approachable and able to make prospective and existing members feel at ease. Personable with a sense of fun!

Our ideal candidate will need to be:

  • Naturally Sales focused - experience is not as important as the ambition to succeed and work hard to get there.
  • Highly self-motivated and target driven with a sense of humour, even under pressure!
  • Organised - keep on top of your leads and follow up.
  • Passionate about fitness, whilst being able to support the member focused culture we are developing in the club.
  • A team player who thrives on working with and supporting the rest of his colleagues in the sales team to smash monthly targets.
