Regional Financial Controller - Eastern England

Field based

As a Regional  Financial Controller the primary focus is to provide quality, Professional Business Support to our Regional Directors, Hotel General Managers and Hotel operations teams. 

You will work closely with these key stakeholders to develop professional working relationships, help drive profitability, control operating expenses, identify efficiencies and assist in the delivery of budgets and forecasts.  Developed data analysis and excellent team management skills are a prerequisite for this position 

This is a senior appointment within our business.  As such, candidates will have excellent commercial awareness, recent proven experience in managing a complex multi-site Hotel finance operation, demonstrate excellent financial and communication skills, experience in managing change and can fully immerse themselves into what is a fast moving, technology and data led business. 

This role is field based and provides Business Support to multiple Village Hotels located along the M1 corridor (Yorkshire, Manchester, E. Midlands).  Regular travel throughout the region is required together with overnight stays where necessary.  Preference will be given to candidates residing in the region.
