Job title: Breakfast Host

Location: Lilleshall National Sports & Conferencing Centre, Shropshire, TF10 9AT

Job type: Permanent, Part Time

Working Hours: 30 hours, 4 over 7 days including weekends (7am to 3pm or 6am to 2pm)

Salary: £6.56 to £8.91 per hour

Here at Lilleshall our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Breakfast Host to join the centre.

Lilleshall is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Lilleshall provides excellent facilities to Britain’s leading sports men and women.  We are also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events and team-building days.

As the Breakfast Host, you will ensure the smooth day to day running of the main house breakfast operation. With the hotel now open following a refurbishment you will be expected to provide table service for up to 25 bedrooms that we have on site, as well as cleaning, gaining customer feedback and preparation of food at our functions.

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts and excellent development opportunities.

About you

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Lilleshall, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.

Level 2 in food safety is desirable, as well as previous experience in a customer facing environment, however full training will be provided.

Due to the location of the role, ideally you will need your own transport.

If you feel like you meet the above criteria and want to work in a challenging and varied role, please apply today.
