General Manager - Edinburgh

A rare and exciting opportunity:

Hawksmoor are looking for an exceptional person to replace our outbound General Manager in our beautiful Edinburgh restaurant.

You’ll have a wealth of experience and expertise working at this level or above, the passion to inspire and lead a successful, established team to new heights, and be a true generalist. You’ll be fluent in Operations, HR and business and ultimately responsible for the financial performance of the entire restaurant and it’s culture, including the successful management, support and development of its large, diverse teams. You’ll be joining a multi award winning company whose Edinburgh restaurant is now firmly established in the heart of city and are now looking for the right person to take the lead on this next exciting, leg of the journey.
