Conference and Events Team Leader - The Langham, London

This is a ‘0’ hour contract and your hours of work will be dependent on our business volumes.  

As the Conference and Events Team Leader your main duties and responsibilities will be to:
• ensure meeting spaces are set up according to clients’ needs
• supervise the events under your care, ensuring the highest standards of service are executed
• assist with on-the-job training of Langham casuals and agency waiting staff
• plan ahead for the week’s events
• maintain effective communication within the department, relating to colleagues or guests

Do you have? -
• previous experience in a similar 5* environment
• good team leadership and operational skills
• good command of English and communication skills
• flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
• excellent focus on customer service
• flexibility to work different shift patterns
