Membership Services Administrator - Hatfield (head office)

About the Role

It is fair to say we are feeling pretty chuffed here at David Lloyd Clubs.  Not only are we thrilled to have been ranked for several years in the ‘Sunday Times 25 Best Big Companies To Work For' list, but we are also enjoying a sustained period of growth which will see us open amazing new clubs in the UK and mainland Europe.

In order to support this period of growth we are looking for a Membership Services Administrator to work within our busy and energetic Central Membership Team based at Hatfield.  This role is fundamental in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our membership database and supporting our members and Club teams with membership administration queries.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills.  You will be comfortable liaising with our Club Teams and will have a desire to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.  You will be self motivated, be able to use your own initiative and have a desire to work as part of a highly effective team.

The benefits of working for us include a free gym membership for yourself and your partner for any of our clubs throughout the UK and Europe, plus discounts on all our products including PT, swim, tennis, food and beverage, along with all the other benefits you would expect from a large employer.  The role is 35 hours per week anytime between Mon - Thur 8:00am to 8:00pm, Fri 8:00am to 6:00pm with an hour for lunch.

If this sounds like a role in which you could flourish, and you are looking for your next challenge then please apply now.
