Senior Lifeguard/Sports Assistant​ - Oxford

We are looking for a suitably experienced and qualified professional to join the Sports Department team as a Senior Lifeguard working throughout the entire Complex at Iffley Road.  As a member of operational staff, you will provide full support to the Management Team and support the day-to-day operation of the Sports Complex along with acting up as a Duty Manager when required.  

Senior Lifeguards work on a well-balanced shift rota which includes evenings, weekends and early mornings. Working hours are an average of 36.5 per week over a set 2-week shift pattern. You will have experience in a leisure or sports environment and hold current NPLQ and First Aid at Work qualifications.  A Pool Plant Operator qualification would be ideal but training for this can be provided.

This is a permanent, full-time post.
