RATE OF PAY – £11.60 per hour – Including Excellent Benefits

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to take on a challenge. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion and flair in the culinary space. They will have solid experience in a similar role with a comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and proven track record in successfully working with a large kitchen brigade. We’re looking for people with a true passion for food with the ability to deliver a consistent product within a high-volume environment whilst keeping your cool when the pressure’s on.

WHAT YOU’LL DO … Ensure all Banqueting requirements are dealt with in an orderly and accelerated manner Assisting the Head Chef Act in accordance with Health & Safety legislation Make certain that all stock is correctly labelled and rotated Ensure the kitchen is clean at any given time and liaising with the Stewarding team for all cleaning requirements Handle all complaints swiftly and efficiently and logging in handover book Guarantee that all food items that are purchased are received and checked against the invoice, then stored in the correct manner
