JOB TITLE – Public Area Manager
DEPARTMENT – Housekeeping
RATE OF PAY - Competitive including fantastic benefits
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 days out of 7

We are looking for a Public Area Cleaning Manager to join our team. You will play an important role in ensuring that the public areas at the Celtic Manor Resort are clean and hygienic at all times as this will contribute to our guests satisfaction.


This crucial role calls for a talented all-rounder with a passion for the luxury hotel industry and a proactive, results-orientated approach.  As well as recruiting and training team members to perform their roles to the impeccable standards required, you will also demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire, providing monitoring and coaching as appropriate to maintain the exceptional standards of service and high morale of the team.
Your strong cleaning management background, exceptional customer and interpersonal skills and experience of working in a four or five star environment will ensure that you have all the skills necessary to deal with the pressures of day-to-day issues. 

As Public Area Manager at one of Europe’s finest golf, leisure and business resorts, you will thrive on the buzz and excitement of this prestigious venue, facilitating the daily operation of the busy housekeeping department.  You will play an important role in guaranteeing that the Resort is clean and hygienic at all times ensuring that a 5 star standard is always presented.  Attention to detail and having a proactive approach is essential for this role.
