OVERVIEW
We are looking for an upbeat Casual Retail Associate who is customer-focused, high-performing, and wants to make a difference. If you are a driven individual who understands the importance of outstanding guest service, we want you!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
You are a natural at putting guests at ease, and enjoy starting up natural, friendly conversations and want to ensure every guest has the best experience in our Celtic Mall

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will provide the highest level of service to our guests and members, you will be recommend items to guests who wish to make a purchase with the aim of optimising revenue and sales, undertaking stock-takes, ordering stock and merchandising.
