Swimming Development Manager - Fleet

Circa £25,000 + teaching (£18 hr) +excellent benefits

* Options to work part-time or full time

We are looking for a Swimming Development Manager in Fleet, Hampshire to oversee the administration, operations and development of one of the biggest swim schools in the area and certainly with so much potential.

To apply for this exciting position, you will be ASA teacher qualified and will have managed and developed a swim school before as a Swim Manager, Swimming Development Manager Swimming Coordinator or Activities Manager. Whilst this is a Full-time role, there is the option of working part-time for the right candidate and of course the option to teach to supplement your income.

In return for your dedication and success in this post, you will receive ongoing management development and opportunities to progress, paid holiday, contributory pension and free use of all their fitness facilities across the area.
