We are looking to recruit a full time Sales and Fitness Manager to join our team at Erith Leisure Centre, in Erith, located within the Bexley Borough.

You will need to be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic, possess good communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team and have a “Can Do Attitude”.

You will be a key team member in the successful operation of the leisure facility, with responsibilities for initiating and implementing promotional activity to drive sales. The successful candidate will also be required to understand Gym operations and be able to drive the team in order to ensure the customer's experience is the best it can be.

The Opportunity

• To drive sales in a fantastic community leisure centre
• To develop the Fitness Studio with new initiatives and customer interaction ideas
• To encourage the local community to get fitter and healthier
• To lead on the Company’s new ‘Member Journey’ process to encourage the retention of existing customers

The Person

• Outgoing with good communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer (desirable)
• Flexible to ensure the needs of the business are met during key core hours
