Reception Team leader - Bromley - Up to £20,000 depending on experience

The opportunity
As our Reception Team leader you will;

• Manage rotas and the day to running of a very busy reception

• Manage payroll to Budget

• Ensure the team offer an warm professional welcome to all members

• Train the team to a high standard of club knowledge

• Support with Duty Manager shifts when required

The person
To succeed as a Reception team leader , you will need:

• To be highly self motivated and organised

• Be experienced in windows and Microsoft office

• Have experience in leading and managing a team

• Understand the impact of excellent customer service

Hours - Full-time, 40 hours per week

This role is full time and does include early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts
