    27,000-30,000Monday to Friday (40 Hours)
If you're a current Demi Chef De Partie, or already an established Chef De Partie, this is the role you've been waiting for! We're looking for our next rockstar CDP to work in our busy staff restaurant catering for the employees of one of the World's biggest and well known brands.


We'll make sure you only work Monday to Friday (so weekends off) and you'll also have most of your evenings to enjoy as we're predominantly a breakfast and lunch business....sounds good, right!?


This role won't be for the faint-hearted and you'll very much need to hit the ground running but we'll make sure you're surrounded by a team that will look out for you and have your back.


This role will mean you join BaxterStorey, an independent hospitality food service provider operating in the UK, Ireland and Europe specializing in restaurants, cafes, deli bars and exclusive dining rooms for clients and customers in business and industry. We'll make sure you get a ton of training and every opportunity to develop your career as you'd like through either one of academies or through the mentoring of some of the industries current superstars.

What would we like from our Chef De Partie:


    GCSE level education or aboveNVQ qualification or equivalentSuccessful progressive background in cateringAbility to display a real passion for food and customer serviceFlair and innovative with menus and food presentationGood listening skills

Chef De Partie requirements:


    Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the kitchen operation and ensure the company's reputation for food quality is maintained at all times.Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the ManagerContribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.Support Manager with stock taking when required.Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
