Bartender - London

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bartender to join our highly successful team here at Firmdale Hotels. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and will work well within our excellent bar team, providing guests with inspirational service and delicious drinks. This role will mainly consist of preparing a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high volume environment.

Working as part of our Food and Beverage team, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills. You will need to be passionate and knowledgeable about drinks and be confident in providing guests with contemporary cocktails as well as all of the classics. We will give you the opportunity to learn and develop, with the potential to progress within the company. If progression isn’t your thing, that’s fine too, we would still be interested in finding out more about you. This is a hands on, operational role and will suit someone who likes working with ambitious, friendly and hardworking people in a down to earth setting. To make your life working in hospitality easier, we are proud to offer permanent roles, working straight shifts, 5 days out of 7. No split shifts to worry about! As standard, you will work 45 hours per week on a flexible rota, where some weekends will be required. Overtime is paid in addition.
