Are you 16 – 24 and looking to work in a customer service role? If so our role as a ‘Customer Service Assistant’ is exactly what you are looking for! We will train you to deliver excellent levels of customer service each and every day to keep our members feeling great! As part of the Government’s Kickstart scheme, we’re providing work placements to 130 young people on Universal Credit with the aim of giving you the opportunity to gain solid customer service and work experience and help set you up for future vacancies. In this role you might find yourself working across three different parts of a club, so there is plenty of flexibility and ample opportunity to learn and develop new skills along the way. You might find yourself working in our dining area (Club Room), on Reception or with children in our DL Kids Team - so there is something suited to all career aspirations.Your responsibilities will vary from serving customers our ‘DLicious’ Menu, greeting our members when they arrive at the club with a friendly ‘Hello’ or creating fun activities at our DL Kids parties and holiday camps. Whatever team you find yourself working in, providing exceptional customer service is the number one priority.What’s great about this job is that you don’t need any experience, as long as you are someone who loves to work with a smile on your face and a spring in your step, we can train you on everything else you need to be successful.Successful applicants will receive:6 month work placement of 25 hours work a week On-line training and coaching in the role On the job work experience Free Club membership to use our facilities when you are not working (eg. go for a swim, a gym workout, play tennis with your colleagues or chill in our club lounge area).
