Although our industry can seem daunting at this time, given all the media around hospitality, now has never been a more exciting time to join us.

Our People Team are on a journey of evolution.  The last 12 months have been a rollercoaster as we juggled with the on-going effects of Covid on our people and our business.  

We have also had an opportunity to reflect on the way we work.  The way we interact with each other and the business.  We are challenging the way we do things and “we’ve always done it this way” and delivering via partnering, coaching, education & communication.

Reporting into our fabulous Resourcing Partner, Jo Brownhill, day to day you will also be working with our superstars, Lydia, Rachel & Noraiya – as a team we maybe small but we deliver BIG results! 

What will I be responsible for as Resourcer?

You will be involved in different aspects of Resourcing….from advertising roles, social media posts, supporting hiring managers with screening & shortlisting CVs, or, attending recruitment days & events!  It is definitely not for the faint hearted!

Oh, did we forget to say ‘projects’…? There will certainly be lots of projects to get involved with too – there are no limits to what you could be involved with!

Is this People Team role right for me?

You are either looking to kickstart your Recruitment career following graduation or you are an experienced Resourcer but looking for that ‘different’ type of role where you can grow and develop within a growing function. 

Or, you enjoy marketing and know how to attract, engage and hire via social media channels.

Thrive in a busy, demanding environment where you are spinning plates (well, not literally!).

IT savvy and up to date in all things social media.

Probably goes without saying, but you’ll have great communication skills.

A team player and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
