Haulfryn family has a fantastic opportunity for a full time and part time Spa Receptionist to join our prestigious and exclusive Holiday Leisure and Spa Resort at Finlake.

Finlake is our flagship resort with a customer base that expect nothing but the best and we need an exceptional Spa Receptionist to join our team.

What Will You Do

  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa reservations software system
  • Call guests to confirm scheduled services
  • Answer questions about available services
  • Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day, inform guest of last-minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed by working with supervisor/manager
  • Check in guests for appointments, confirm first and last name, and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival
  • Promote and sell spa/salon services
  • Process guest payments for spa treatment
  • Work  upto 40 hours over 5 days including weekends and Bank Holidays especially during peak periods (e.g. school holidays)

 

What Will You Bring

  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Excellent Customer Care Skills Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and efficiently
  • Elemis training preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • An eye for quality standards and safety
  • Enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Relevant experience in the beauty industry preferred but  not necessary
  • You’ll need to enjoy delivering a remarkable guest experience
  • Maintain a presentable spa environment at all times with high attention to detail
  • Keen to learn & explore our treatment menu and product range
  • Computer literacy
  • An interest in relaxation and wellbeing
  • Great communication skills
  • A friendly and approachable manner
  • Love working in a fast-paced team

A DBS check is carried out on all successful candidates
