Our Salon Colleagues are critical to the success of our business and are responsible for exceeding our customer’s expectations on a daily basis; whilst also ensuring the highest standard of pet care, brilliant operational standards and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.  

We will give you the training, skills and knowledge to enable you to provide our customers with service that reflects our goals of being the ‘Best Pet Care Business in the World’.  

We offer in-house training courses which are designed to enhance your career, capturing your love of dogs, customers and communication skills to ensure you can do your best work, whilst making a difference to our nation of pets and their owners 

Reporting into the Salon Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows; 

The role; 

As a Salon Support Colleague, you will be responsible for all aspects of delivering a world class booking, check-in and contact experience for customers looking to use our groom room services 

You will exceed our customers' expectations by delivering Pawsitively Outrageous Service within the salon. 

Your excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with customers and their pets on a daily basis. 

You will assist in ensuring excellent salon presentation is maintained and high standards are kept through cleanliness, safety and good standards of housekeeping. 

Our salons offer a great service every day of the week and so you will work 24 hours, across the week, with 1 weekend day required weekly 

About you; 

You'll have experience of working within an admin/customer environment, and ideally, you'll have experience in a similar, fast-paced environment where you've taken a hands-on approach. 

You'll have a proven track record of delivering high standards! 

You'll be a people person, have a real passion for pets as well as being a great team player. 

You'll be hungry to be part of a successful salon and you'll be proactive in your approach. 

What will you be doing?: 

Communicating with customers, face to face or via telephone 

Booking appointments and taking payments 

Discussing available products and services with customers 

Driving customer visits through socials and telephone 

Supporting with the day to day running of the salon and process’ inc cleaning, organising, promotion execution 

Engaging customers and their pets visiting the salon and store
