Bingley's number 1 venue is looking for a General Manager to run their flagship site in Bingley an affluent town located to the north of Bradford and a short train journey from Leeds city centre

We're looking for a General Manager who prides themselves on service and standards that can drive sales in our flagship venue.

Who are we looking for?

Experienced managers who can demonstrate the following:

• Have a proven background of driving success within a branded hospitality, restaurant or boutique pub environment

• A real self-starter with leadership ability beyond that of a typical General Manager who can engage and inspire their teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong financial and business acumen with full accountability for P&Ls and ensure that opportunities for driving footfall and sales are maximised.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills, displaying a proven track record of managing kitchen teams.
• Structured in your approach, be adaptable to change and will thrive in a fast-paced environment and extremely well organized.
