The Night Assistant/Porter is a key role within our hotels.  

What will I do?

• Ensure the public areas are cleaned and ready for the day shift
• Set up of conference rooms as well as the restaurant ready for the breakfast service 
• Polish cutlery
• Move furniture as required 
• Flexibility to work in other areas of Guest Experience as and when required (reception, bookings, retail, food & beverage, enquiries, memberships, maintenance and housekeeping, spa & leisure)

• Passion for ensuring high standards
• Courteous and pleasant attitude towards guests and other team members
• Be comfortable with lone working 
• Due to the remit of the role, you must be 18 years or over
• Ability to work under pressure and able to multitask
• Good attention to detail
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• First aid qualified
• Able to lift & move furniture and other objects
