The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) role is responsible for the operational delivery of KAL sites, with line management responsibility for Team Leaders, Fitness Team Leaders and other site staff as appropriate. The position will report directly to the Operations Manager responsible for the site. The AOM will deputise for the Operations Manager when they are not at site.
The AOM will support the Operations Manager by managing the day to day operation at the site, delivering excellent customer service, in a clean and safe environment. In addition to obtaining performance information received from customers and delivering changes required to continually improve the site.
You will be expected to lead by example, being visible and approachable, setting out high standards for the site team and constantly checking that the level of service, safety and cleanliness is acceptable, taking remedial action where necessary. Whilst, at times, delegating site supervision to Team Leaders, you will be an example of how things should be done.
