Physiotherapy Clinical Case Manager - Home based/Nationwide- 24 hours

Nuffield Health is Britain's largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our existing Physiotherapy Triage & Remote Management service.

The role is home-based with flexible working-hours.

The Role

You will provide virtual and remote physiotherapy treatment and advice to patients with a range of Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic conditions and support the pathway management of your patients.

Your role is to undertake telephone/video-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients accessing physiotherapy via their Private Medical Insurance scheme or Corporate Scheme, comprising of triage & treatment as well as case management of patients sent to for Face-to-Face Physiotherapy.

The role would suit individuals with previous experience of delivering remote clinical care and / or telephone triage.

As a Physiotherapist you will;

• Deliver excellent clinical care that is evidence based, Safe, Effective, Caring, Well-led and responsive to our patient's needs.

• Ensure on-going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided

• Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes

The Person

We are looking for you to:

• Have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, you'll be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council or awaiting registration.

• Demonstrate evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner.

• Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.

• Be a competent and confident IT user with strong organisation skills - experience with TM2, IRIS, Salesforce, Physi-track and Microsoft teams preferable

• Strong IT literacy skills and demonstrable multitasking experience

• Previous experience of delivering telephone triage or virtual physiotherapy is desirable

• Have the ability to prioritise and deal with your varied workload in an effective and timely manner.

Weekly Hours - 24 Hours (Operational Hours 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8am-2pm Saturday, shifts available in this time minimum 4 hours)

Contract Type - Permanent

Salary - starting from £37,200
