As a Bar Supervisor, you will be motivated and passionate to assist in leading our dedicated and positive bar team, you will work to the highest standards of operations and ensure that your team share your passion for creating memorable moments. You will be a training ambassador ad ensure effective management, and that the team are fully trained in all aspects of the bar and service runs smoothly.

We have high standards and in-depth knowledge of our Food and Beverage; you will ensure these standards are maintained and your team is consistently informed and motivated to deliver an exceptional service. 

Some duties and responsibilities include;

• To manage the aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
• Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that the bar is well staffed during peak hours.
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
• Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
• Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for all visitors to the resort.
• Recruit and training staff to provide excellent service to our guests.
• To follow the correct stock ordering procedures as outlined by the Cost Controller
• To provide training and development for employees in Food and Beverage procedures.
• To develop a close working relationship with all departments, colleagues and managers to ensure guest expectations are met.
• To develop strong working relationships with all customers in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate business for the future.
