We're looking for an expert Senior Product Manager to take on this transformational role for an 18 month fixed term contract. There are some huge projects for you to get your teeth into, some great additions to your CV.

Leading your team of Product Owners, you will collaborate with functions across the business, including Brand, CRM, the wider IT team, and the People Team . You and your team will create, deliver and manage technology products that support the delivery of business objectives., ensuring compliance with relevant Legislation relating to the privacy of our Guest, Owner and Team data.

You will:
**Own the programme vision, backlog and ROI
**Develop and implement product strategies in line with Brand priorities, including defining the approach to data-led CRM
**Have responsibility for releases being correct and on schedule
**Leverage data science-led techniques to improve decision making across marketing, specifically CRM and personalisation
**Work closely with the marketing leadership team to ensure data is at the heart of decisions about the customer

You are:
**A strategic thinker, with the ability to use data and the bigger picture to improve CRM
**A thought leader, with an interest in emerging data and marketing technologies for CRM  
**Experienced in SQL or a fundamental understanding of relational databases for CRM purposes
**An exceptional programme manager
