WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking to recruit a Catering Manager to join our team at ICC Wales. As Catering Manager you will support the Business objectives by Managing the ICC Wales Banquet Service Operation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Catering Manager you will be responsible for  helping to create and maintain a customer-focused culture, and manages the day-to-day catering operations within all areas of the ICC Wales. You will have complete knowledge of diary system and ensures team are fully trained in its use to ensure no gaps in sharing of information. You will be a strong Manager who is a good motivator and communicator.
