Receptionist - Swanage, Dorset

£10 Per Hour, Plus Service Charge

Location: THE PIG on the beach, Studland Bay, Dorset.

Hours: Full Time Hours Available.  

Salary: £10 Per Hour, Plus Service Charge.  Our Pay Promise – no one in our business will earn less than £10 Per Hour, plus service charge.  In the busy months our reception team have earnt up to £300 in service charge per month, whilst service charge varies depending on bookings, with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

As a Receptionist you will likely be the first and last person many of our guests will see.  We are looking for people who love to make guests smile everyday with high standards and great attention to detail.  You will take care to ensure everyone receives a warm welcome on check-in, and a fond farewell on check-out, communicating guests needs with all departments.

Previous experience within a similar role is beneficial plus good admin and IT skills are essential.  A knowledge of Opera Fidelio is desirable however, if you have the right attitude and the desire to succeed, we’d love to hear from you as full training will be provided
