In search for an experienced, dedicated and motivated Facilities Manager to join our team at Hakkasan Group!

The ideal Facilities Manager for Hakkasan Group has:

• Previous relevant experience in a similar role within a restaurant/ hotel environment; multi-site management experience is a distinctive advantage;
• In depth knowledge of restaurant facilities maintenance as well as capex management;
• Experience inoverseeing maintenance projects as well as negotiating and managing service level contracts;
• Understanding and knowledge of both IT infrastructure and H&S/ FS regulations;
• Excellent communication skills with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and problem solving abilities;
• Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to lead and mentor the facilities team;
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
