We are looking for an energetic and commercial Revenue Manager, who will maximize our revenue opportunities whilst managing a talented and stable Reservations and Meeting and Events team.

You’ll be commercially minded, innovative and have high expectations of yourself and others. You’ll demonstrate your passion by bringing new ideas to the table, delivering on your promises and engaging positively with those around you.

You will be a great team leader, who loves coaching and developing their team.

The Role
This role will be covering a period Maternity Cover for a period for up to 10 months.

You’ll be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate, and support your team in order to exceed your commercial goals. You’ll be setting strategies to grow the business through proactive selling and effective conversion of all enquiries using our company systems.

You will nurture and develop opportunities in order to manage yield and increase market share. You will utilise revenue management skills effectively to maximise revenues from room bookings and Conference & Events.
