Spa Assistant - Purley

Our Spa Assistants are first class spa professionals with fantastic attention to detail and a passion to deliver an exceptional spa experience.  Ensuring a superb quality of spa days and treatments are experienced by our spa members and visitors through excellent service and standards.  They are used to delivering the highest service standards, achieving demanding retail targets, and maintaining our Brand Standards.

Within this role we will be looking for you to:
  • Contribute to the delivery of revenue and profit targets for the site
  • Contribute to the delivery of brilliant basics at all times
  • Assist with duties throughout the spa and contribute to the smooth running of the operation
  • Assist with the operation/service of the Spa restaurant as required
  • Adhere to the ways of working and Brand Standards
  • Be a team player, assisting in other areas of the club if required
  • Carry out operational duties as outlined by duty manager

    Day to day duties:

  • Clean and maintain the communal areas of the spa and ensure that these are ready for use by clients/members at all times
  • Tour day spa visitors around the spa to demonstrate the facilities and highlight the spa facilities and recommended journey
  • Cover reception during breaks to take telephone calls,bookings and payments
  • Meet and greet our clients/members in a polite and professional manner
  • Carry out opening and closing procedures as outlined in the brand standards
  • Achieve the monthly retail target for spa products
  • Prepare laundry during quiet periods and maintain the cleanliness of the spa
  • Carry out chemical testing of pools within the spa
  • Monitor Pool capacities
  • Become familiar with all new product launches and promotions both in the spa and the club
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Capture member/client feedback
  • To be considered within this role you will need to have a passion for Health & wellbeing and be flexible with working hours and the days you work. You will need to be a team player with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills and be target driven.
