Are you looking for a new and exciting resourcing opportunity with the possibility to learn and progress?


We are looking for an experienced Talent and Resourcing Manager who will based predominately in London, with occasional travel to our regional venues. You will be responsible for overseeing the end to end recruitment life cycle, taking a significant role in shaping the candidate journey, networking and resourcing to ensure we attract the best people into Searcys.


Reporting to our Director of People, you will be proactively supporting our managers with their recruitment activities


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for hospitality, identifying talent and wants the opportunity to create something special.
