The Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club boasts excellent conferencing facilities. Our 12 conference rooms can accommodate up to 500 delegates that cater from a range of events from Business Meetings to Wedding Receptions.

Due to our continued expansion and high demand, we are looking to recruit an Operations Manager who is commercially minded, will improve standards and increase profits. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organisational values.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the operations of a hotel. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are also required for this role.
