The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom-hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family as well as providing traditional afternoon tea. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions.

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant who wants to move forward in career. You will be required to serve food & beverages to all guests in a professional and friendly manner as well as being responsible for the general tidiness of the Bar & Restaurant facilities.

As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be required to;

  • Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and customer care are set and maintained by all staff.
  • Ensure that all procedures are performed correctly and efficiently at all time.
  • maximise sales and profitability within the department.
  • Ensure that stock control procedures are adhered to and checked at all time.

The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
