Control Clerk – Coylumbridge Hotel

Set in a 65-acre woodland estate in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, the hotel is located close to Aviemore and is a perfect holiday destination all year round. Transportation is provided between the Hotel and Aviemore Train Station for shifts (Subject to position).
Live in Accommodation is also provided for the role if required.
The Coylumbridge Hotel are looking for a Full Time Control Clerk on a fixed term basis until the 25th March 2022.
As Control Clerk you will be required to;
- Ensure that the interests of the Britannia Hotel Group are protected always.
- Provide all relevant control/financial information and assistance to the Hotel Controller.
- Ensure maximum revenue is generated and losses are kept to a minimum.
- Ensure all new company procedures and instructions are adhered to.
- Be responsible for processing wages and personnel paperwork.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, prioritise their work effectively, work well towards strict deadlines and have excellent numerical and communication skills.
