We also offer lunch and dinner, with a carvery option as well as toasties and ciabattas for a lighter meal. Alternatively, guests can upgrade to the Victorian Restaurant which showcases our Premier dining options, where we offer a variety of dishes on our a la carte menu, made up of our chef’s specialities.
We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide, we are looking for a Chef who will bring fresh and exciting ideas to our exciting kitchen team. The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience and have an exceptional attention to detail.
