Allocationist/Administrator – Grand Hotel Scarborough

The Grand Scarborough boasts 413 classically-styled bedrooms and offers a 24-hour Front Desk due to the Hotel’s popularity and location and we are looking to recruit a Full Time Allocationist/Administrator on to the team.

As Allocationist/Administrator, you will be required to;

  • Ensure reservations are allocated within the specified timescale
  • Balance stock levels with guest’s needs and requests
  • Liaise with guests if special requests cannot be met
  • Ability to fulfil all sales and reservations and reception duties
  • Conduct general administrative duties

The successful candidate will be organised, efficient and have an attention to detail. Previous knowledge and experience of Hotel Booking Systems would be advantageous.
