The Grand Scarborough boasts 413 classically-styled bedrooms and due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Conference & Banqueting Administrator onto the team. The individual must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. Willing to learn, eye for detail, and good communication skills are a must.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  •  Basic administrative duties,
  •  Making telephone calls,
  •  Answering email and telephone enquiries,
  •  Inputting information gathered onto spreadsheets,
  •  Reporting to supervisor.

The successful candidate will face tasks with a “can do” attitude, will have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels and an attention to detail.
