The Trecarn boasts 126 modern bedrooms and the restaurant serves breakfast daily and offers guests a choice between a typical English breakfast, toast, cereals and fresh fruit juices. During dinner, the restaurant offers a choice of three starters, a meat, fish and vegetarian option for main, and a selection of gateaux and ice cream for dessert.
We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide, we are looking for a Chef who is looking for a big chance to learn all there is to know about your trade.
The successful candidate will demonstrate flair, initiative and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary service. Banqueting experience is essential for the role.
